Nigerian, professor of industrial and production engineering in the Faculty of Technology of a foremost university with over 32 years experience on industrial and production engineering spanning policy, planning, research, engineering and management aspects notably: construction policy formulation ; industrial master plan preparation; engineers’ management information systems programming ; organisational and operational revitalisation and restructuring ; development of methodologies for production functions ; design of implements for agro-allied tasks ; productivity measurement and improvement and computer applications in engineering. He was at different times Member, Governing Council, Nigerian Institute of Industrial Engineers; Member, Faculty Board of Sciences; Acting Head, Department of Industrial and Production Engineering; Secretary, Faculty of Technology Consultancy Unit; Member Faculty of Technology Board; Coordinator, Department of Industrial Engineering Post-Experience Programme, university of Ibadan; and Coordinator, Nigerian Society of Engineers’ Management Information Systems Programme. Employment and appointment history include periods in university teaching and administration, research and programme coordination, project management, private consultancies especially UNIDO, university and private sector projects, as well as appointments onto boards and governing councils of public sector and non-governmental organisations. Author of several publications in learned journals and conference proceedings.
