AKINOLA AKINTUNDE (Ph.D)

Nigerian, Chartered Accountant, Certified Forensic Accountant and Financial Analyst is the Executive Chairman of the firm with full responsibility  for coordinating the firm’s operations locally and at the international level, and specifically for planning, co-ordination, provision of overall direction and quality control. He has over 35 years experience and has been involved in the execution of major assignments to ensure quality in furtherance of the firm’s reputation.  He has wide and varied experience on finance and management consulting, auditing, and business advisory services notably financial and economic analysis, auditing and investigation, design of management procedures, capital and management restructuring, design and implementation of accounting and management information systems, preparation of economic and feasibility reports, and taxation services covering assignments for clients in various sectors including governmental, private sector and public organisations and individuals at the local and international levels. Has been involved in the provision of services as part of the development process in different African countries spanning project identification, preparation, appraisal, loan negotiation, project supervision and performance evaluation. He trained with the foremost accounting firm of KPMG in Nigeria and is a fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
