Nigerian, Chartered Accountant and financial analyst, with over 35 years post qualification experience 16 of which was in managerial positions in multinational organizations and the African Development Bank. Has extensive experience in accounting, finance, auditing, investigation, risk assessment, project management and consultancy. These include review, design and installation of internal control and accounting systems, policies and procedures as well as preparation of accounting and administrative manuals.   An experienced accountant, financial analyst, consultant and auditor with excellent knowledge of information technology, particularly Enterprise Resource Programs (e.g. ORACLE and SAP) and current with International Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
